The survey labels are listed in the Table of Contents. When multiple survey labels are selected for download with the 'Individual' radio button selected, a zip file is downloaded with a download contents and associated PDFs for each label, sorted by document name.
In case one or more survey labels do not have associated documents, the Table of Contents will have a separate section for labels without documents. This section will also contain labels for which there are no records associated with the label prefix. Refer to below screen shot.


The labels/marks with/without associated documents are listed in the Table of Contents. When multiple survey labels are selected for download with 'Individual' radio button selected, a zip file gets downloaded with 1 download contents and associated pdfs for each label sorted by document name. In case one or many of the survey labels selected do not have an associated document, the table of contents will have a separate sorted section for the labels with no documents. This sorted section will also contain the labels for which there were no records associated with the label prefix. Refer to below screenshot for better understanding.

The SPEAR Activate Document Download tab will indicate the documents downloaded or not as mentioned below:


When multiple survey labels are selected for download with the 'Merge' radio button selected, a zip file is downloaded with single PDF file, containing information for all of the labels.

There is a download limit of 100 labels/marks per request. If more than 100 labels/marks are selected for download, a pop-up message is displayed to revise the selection.

Draw Polygon button functionality

With this LASSI release the Draw Polygon button will be enabled at the same scale at which survey labels are displayed on the screen. This is 1:50k.



On selection of Draw Polygon button, all the survey labels will be displayed in the left side of panel as per display name order as shown below.



The panning/zooming activity on the map area will refresh the labels displayed on the left. However, if user had selected any labels before panning/zooming, those will be retained and sorted along with the refreshed labels in the left pane. When user deselects any of the label which is outside of current map area, the label will not immediately disappear until panning/zooming action is triggered again. User panning/zoom will also retain viewed/downloaded labels.
