What's new in this release for LASSI?

In this release we have implemented few new feature in VICNAMES and SMES. Please refer to the sections below for more information about the contents of this release.


VICNAMES

  • New added functionality to provide VICNAMES Administration the ability to maintain and upload pronunciation files for any/all of the place names in VICNAMES.
  • New added ability to capture the ‘Gender’ that a place name is named after in VICNAMES.The download functionality will also display this information to enable easier reporting.
  • Improved connection to VICNAMES place names data: Updated permalinks to ensure that they remain unchanged many years into the future.

SMES

  • Dual zone coordinate support for marks along MGA Zone 54 and 55 boundaries.
  • 'View on Map’ feature for new mark coordinate validation (registered users).
