What's new in this release

In this release we have implemenetd the following changes to Survey Label data in LASSI and LASSI-SPEAR:

Refresh all survey label data - We have completely refreshed all of the survey label data to ensure the data is up-to-date and accurate.
Seperate retired survey labels - We have added a new layer titled "Retired Survey Labels" to the "Build Map" tab. This will easily separate active Survey Labels from retired Survey Labels and will reduce the clutter from the map base by not displaying retired Survey Labels by default. All retired Survey Labels are encased in "<>" brackets. The new layer will automcatically become active when the map scale is 1:50,000 or more.
New process to update survey label data - With this release, we have implemented a new process to automatically update Survey Label data on a weekly basis. This process will be in-line with the weekly LASSI data update. The update will happen every Friday morning.
